On Sunday 20 and Monday 21 April, we invite you to discover our Easter tasting menu, created by chef Marco Massaia: an alternative to our usual tasting itineraries, for those who wish to experience it with a different twist.
Each dish is a tribute to seasonal produce and our land, reinterpreted with the art that distinguishes Gagini’s cuisine.

Raw mupa fish, asparagus and wild pea flowers
Cinisara cow carpaccio, confit egg yolk, black garlic
Menfi Artichoke
Raviolini with borage and sheep’s ricotta, hazelnut butter with chamomile, fresh broad beans and pollen
